Lidia managed an evaluation project with a major US food company. The project was based at a site in Lisbon, Portugal. Lidia did a fantastic job of ensuring the project remained on track despite a number of significant challenges including changes to production scheduling and disruption due to line upgrades. Lidia’s diligence and focus on the risks and issues with constant monitoring of the critical path/dependencies was invaluable.
