Desde ah\u00ed, tuve la oportunidad de intervenir en diferentes fases del proyecto, adem\u00e1s de tener una vista panor\u00e1mica que me permit\u00eda <strong>atacar los problemas m\u00e1s inmediatos en cada fase<\/strong>. Tiempo despu\u00e9s, dej\u00e9 aquella consultora para trabajar directamente con el cliente, pues me interesaba mucho ese cambio de perspectiva.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien es cierto que entre mis tareas diarias estaban el manejo de presupuestos, asegurar que los proyectos cumplieran con las fechas de entrega y gestionar a todo tipo de stakeholders, <strong>mi foco siempre estuvo centrado en el aumento de eficiencia<\/strong>. En una ocasi\u00f3n, por ejemplo, consegu\u00ed un <strong>ahorro de 500K<\/strong> simplemente por cuestionar el \u201csiempre se hizo as\u00ed\u201d y plantearlo de otra manera. objetivos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi curiosidad por entender c\u00f3mo se gestionan proyectos en otros sectores y empresas me llev\u00f3 a establecerme como <strong>freelance<\/strong>, con el objetivo de aplicar todo lo que hab\u00eda aprendido de un sector tan meticuloso como el de la construcci\u00f3n a otros sectores y <strong>ayudar a empresas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as con el know-how de las grandes empresas<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trabajar con start-ups y pymes me hizo entender dos cosas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-custom-unordered-list\">\n<li>Las empresas grandes tienen una burocracia muy estricta que hace que algunas gestiones sencillas se eternicen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las empresas peque\u00f1as carecen de metodolog\u00edas y procesos bien definidos, lo que dificulta
